We offer a Full Management Plan as well as a Flex Plan—which allows Clients to select from the various Services that we provide. For instance, we have clients that prefer to use only the Leasing Services—which includes Marketing the Property, Showings, Screening Perspective Tenants, and Executing the Lease. After the Lease is Signed, the Client becomes the Manager—Collects Rents, Schedules Repairs, Maintenance, etc.—communicating directly with the Tenant. We also have Investment Clients with Multiple Properties that handles their own Maintenance & Repairs—with us performing all other duties— Rent Collection, Leasing, Evictions, etc. So whatever your needs may be, we can “tailor” a Management Plan that will fulfill those needs as well as Maximize Your Return on Investment.
